Starting from 1st November 2006, new application for the registration of MM2H companies should be forwarded to the Licensing Divison,Ministry Of Tourism Malaysia at Level 33,PWTC.
All licensed travel agencies and tour operators are required to set up new MM2H companies if they wish to venture into MM2H related businesses. |

| Licensing of Companies |
All Malaysian companies which intend to offer their services to foreign citizens interested to participate in Malaysia My Second Home Programme as well as to promote and market this programme in foreign countries are invited to apply to the Ministry of Tourism to be licensed.
These include `sponsor companies’ which were previously registered with the Immigration Department for this programme. |
